Beach Tent - 4 Person

Havent used the tent yet and may be wonderful but giving it one star because they sent me the wrong one, got one email from them and never heard back. Ive followed ip twice

This product is not advertised appropriately. Not the product itself, but this particular color. I ordered the green as shown in the picture above that appears to be a teal or seafoam. It arrived, it is a dark hunter woodsy green, immediately called the company minutes after receiving it because I was planning for a trip Left four messages over the course of the day with people saying that someone would give me a call back within a few hours never received a call back. Sent an email sent photos again just trying to exchange it for a different color that could possibly get here in time before my trip never received a call back called again today same answering service claiming that someone would call me within a couple hours it’s been 4 hours now no call back on this issue and it’s a pain, and I would not order from them again simply because the customer service is lacking. It’s a simple fix for me. I really wanted to try this out. Just wanted a simple swap.
