Love them but..

The material is great I love these shirts however I even sized down because the neck is always too big. It’s like weirdly very very loose. Looks like they used men’s sizing for the neck portion on a women’s shirt.

Great material, sizing is weird

I’ve purchased two of these shirts and I love the material! I am 5’3 140lbs, and the small was too large in the chest down and shockingly tight in the arms. I ended up buying mediums instead and had to have them tailored way down to fit my chest and waist. They are not fitted. Overall, these are good quality shirts and I will continue to buy them. If you work out or have bigger arms, consider sizing up or a mens fit. The photo included is after having it tailored .

Could be better

I do love the material of these shirts and they fit well, but my problem that I have is that the epaulettes part on the shirt are so small… you would think that for a company that is supporting Airline business people, that they would fix this issue. It has been over a year without anything being done to correct for it since my last order, looks a little goofy to me. Other than that, the shirts are great, but I really do wish that they would fix it. Shouldn’t have to pay full price for a shirt that is defaulted. I’ve ordered the extra small and small, and there is no difference on the issue
