I LOVE THIS ITEM!! The shipping took longer than I wanted but the customer service team were on it. They tracked this as soon as I emailed and they watched it until it passed the boarder. It was out of their hands but they gave me confidence it was coming. I would absolutely recommend and will be ordering another.
