Gets really hot

I love the idea of this under cap, and it stays in place pretty well, but it gets so hot the way it covers my neck that it makes me sick to wear it. I think the fabric is not breathable enough. I have short hair so I didn't think it would be so bad, but I really can't wear it for too long
