This is my 5th gallon of the stuff. This stuff is plenty hot but it also has a really good flavor. If you hate vinegar-forward hot sauces this is the one for you.

Great Stuff!

My two favorite peppers! This heat with a touch or garlic! This heat with taste, best sauce that I’ve used. And I use a lot of sauces. Have made my own sauce, worked in kitchens and restaurants for years. I’m a fan!
