Blue Tile Vegan Leather Mat

Amazing material!

We have pets who frequent the play area for our daughter so the material of the vegan leather toki mat is perfect to wipe off pet hair and just in case any accidents might happen! The mat is soft and thick and so far we are loving it!!

Very happy with purchase at 5 months old

I debated about whether to spend this much on a playmat for my baby when they were five months old. Tummy time was a bit of a struggle and, honestly, floor time in general. The back of their little head would get a pink spot from the pressure and they would … express discomfort. So I thought it may be worth it to invest the money even though this is a pricier mat. Initially I had thoughts of ordering one of the playmats with bamboo jersey fabric, but … I have a cat and two dogs, and I didn’t want my may to get covered in pet hair. Plus I really wanted one with handles to take it into the yard, my baby spits up a lot and this is just wipe clean, and I would have had to buy the waterproof cover along with a bamboo jersey or cotton-covered mat and that would have made it almost equivalent in price to buying a mat with the vegan leather cover. I usually prefer natural fabrics but I actually really like how this fabric feels. And it sure is easy to clean (and keep hair off of – my kid keeps ending up with hair on the surface of their eyeball and it is most disagreeable to have to remove it). If any hair gets on this I can just brush it off. I’ve used it every day. Kiddo is much happier being on this for an extended period of time than they were on just a cotton fabric playmat or the floor (with yoga mat +/- blankets, etc). They are learning how to sit up and often fall right over, and because it’s a soft and forgiving surface they don’t get hurt on the way down. Good for tummy time too. I wish I’d bought it for when my babe was brand new but it still feels like a good purchase at five months. I plan to use it as part of a calming corner as my kiddo gets older. Also it’s really nice for me to have to sit on if I go to an outdoor concert, etc.

Love this mat!

I have all hardwood floors in my home and it’s so great to be able to place my son down on a soft surface to play. I love that the vegan leather is easy to clean and it’s also a great fabric to bring the mat outside so we can play on the grass which we do very often. The mat is extremely comfortable as well. I could easily fall asleep on it! 😂 This has definitely become one of the best products I’ve purchased so far as a parent and I would absolutely consider it a “must have” item if you have children. I will 100% be repurchasing!
