I had an issue with the original adapter i ordered.. They not ony replaced it with an upgraded model, but threw in a new higher gauge cable as well, just to make sure everything was working. They went over and above… excellent customer service!!!!!

The unit only just marginally achieves the minimum voltage required for the Mini. When other devices on the same circuit start up, or the alternator voltage drops back (smart alternator), the unit is unable to provide sufficient voltage and reboots the Starlink repeatedly.
