The black cocoa dot Tankini and Skirt is truly the most beautiful suit I have ever owned! I feel so good wearing it! I am 5’4” and 130 lbs and wear 8-10. I ended up with a Large in both pieces but I could have worn a Medium just as well. I was on the fence with the sizing. The flutter straps are a pretty design detail.
