I am on my second jar and have seen a difference in my skin especially around my eyes and forehead. I also reached out due to an issue with my jar and they reaponded and fixed the problem so customer service is also amazing.

For point of context, I am 45 and have combination skin but lend towards oily w/ minor breakouts and clogged pores that lead to blackheads here and there. Unfortunately, I think the shea butter in this is too much/heavy for my skin. It is causing me to breakout and form blackheads on my forehead, chin, and cheek areas consistently. These areas ares where I am the oiliest. Otherwise, it is a lovely formulation and I think those not prone to breakouts or those who are on the dryer or maturer skin side would love this and do well with it. A little goes a long way too, so it would last forever!! I’m sad it didn’t work for me.
