Excellent Service

We received our 2 trees the day after they were ordered. Further, I emailed a question to customer service and received a response within 1 day. That type of responsiveness is excellent. Since it is May, the boxes were not opened. I believe the same responsiveness will occur when the trees are set up after Thanksgiving.

Beautiful Trees

We bought this tree for Christmas 2026 after seeing our daughters tree while visiting in Texas which was 7/12 tall and how beautiful and real like it was. SO we just had to purchase one before leaving and having it here in NC after we got home. So we are looking forward to putting it up next year and I am sure will not be disappointed!

Second tree purchase

Loved this tree so much we purchased another for a different part of the house. Perfect size for our downsized Christmas though now we have two trees!
