Traveling with Histamine balance

I haven't started to use the Histamine balance, but looking forward to trying the travel suggestion in the upcoming week. So happy with all of the Vibrant Blue Oils that I've used so far. Such great products with so much quality and integrity.

Helps some

Because my sinuses always seem to be worse at night., I've been using histamineBalance before going to bed and I don't get as congested as I do without it.

My three year old with eczema finds this blend relaxing and helpful for relieving her itchiness. Ahe requests it behind her ears, on feet and on her back. When i put it in her back and do a little massage, it’s also a nice way to fall asleep. Speaking of which, we’re now trying the sleep blend and she loves it as well. I also use this on my nose when i have sneezing allergies.
