I recently had an issue with my buckle from Railtek. I contacted customer service provided them a photo and my original order number. I received an email promptly and an order confirmation for a new buckle. I will definitely continue using their products!

Replacement

I had a buckle that didnt want to stay clicked would keep letting go. I reached out to Railtek and they send me a replacement. They were awesome to work with. Never have I had a company that I bought something and had an issue with ever be as polite and apologetic for the issue with quick responses to my issue. This product is hands down one of the best and I'm not one to ever write a review for these types of things. If anyone is looking for a belt and buckle I fully recommend Railtek.
