Buckle Issue

This is a fantastic company. I had purchased a belt and buckle well over 6 months ago, and the buckle would not consistently stay latched. I just kept putting it off in doing something about it. I had another buckle from 2 years ago that was amazing. I finally emailed them about it, and they instantly replaced it, no questions asked. I received this new buckle, and it works great. I would recommend this company to anyone - as they not only have a great product, but even better customer service.
