I ordered this with a customized engraving for my husband’s birthday, in remembrance of his father. The shipping was timely and the packaging of the item was secure.

This was a gift to my brother. Our brother passed away on 08/16/2025. Loved the necklace, I don't think my brother will ever take it off. He loved it. It was great work and everything I asked for. Thank you all for a great necklace and giving us lasting memories.

My first order had a mistake in the engraving but the team was very responsive in getting me a replacement sent. The jewelry piece itself is very nice and the support team was very pleasant and competent. Would recommend.
