My affair with books starts from the moment I get excited about the book for whatever reason as opposed to when I first open the pages. I had messaged Luis about delivery times and got a prompt reply. This filled me with the confidence to place an order for a somewhat unique book as a gift to myself and, in this instance, this is where I began to get excited. The book was wrapped with care and pages are printed on high quality paper. I have not yet read the book but instead read some of the introductory pages and clearly a lot of work, support and love has gone into making this monochrome book happen. The print is clear, sharp, contrasting and easy to read. Not sure if it is by design, but the bright white ink in the first few pages begins to take on a grey tone as the book progresses, to dull grey towards the end. I feel it adds to the character. A quick flick through the pages and only a minor defect on one page where something sticky appears to have made it onto the page and transferred the ink, but affecting only a couple of letters in a book with 300 pages. Would loved to have had seen some monochrome illustrations in the book, my only constructive "criticism". An excellent addition to any collection. I look forward to reading the book. My sincerest thanks to everyone who made it happen.

Love this idea. Love this presentation. I wish there were more books, or it were easier to sign up for their funding and fund different books. Am very happy with my purchase.
