Great machine, but amazing service from DiPacci

The machine is amazing so far, but this review is for the amazing and friendly service from the Di Pacci team. Within a couple of hours of ordering online, the machine was personally delivered to me by one of the team. Just fantastic and can’t speak highly enough of these guys.

Truly a beauty to be behold!

This machine arrived just two days after I left for work for a 3 week swing. It was pure agony knowing that this was waiting for me to get home :(. But the wait was well worth it! After struggling on which machine I would place such a large amount of money into, I don't think for a second I will regret my decision. The kit exhumes quality and has delivered some of the nicest coffee I've managed to brew at home consistently! And plenty of steam power to boot :) This is truly a machine with the capability to be a joy to use for many years to come with the quality to be serviced at home. Thanks guys! This has made my year in terms of coffee!
