No disappointment with order
They arrived in great time and communication between order and delivery was consistent
I usually wear a 9.5 - 10 but I ordered the 10.5 and was very happy with the size and fit. Love the colour red and they are comfy.. a good buy!!!

The boots size runs small, had to return and order a larger size. No issues with the return.
