Disappointed

Was so happy with the colour, matched my hair perfectly. The hair felt thick while it was wrapped up, so I cut the security tags. Once I had unraveled the hair it was clear the hair was a lot thinner than I first thought, instantly disappointed. As it will do nothing for my hair. And i now can’t return it. Such a waste of money :(
