Sauna Problems

Heater instructions are insufficient. The heater wall shield was shipped inside the Heater, not noted in the instructions making it difficult to find and 2 copper jumpers are missing. This whole process of shipping, missing parts, and poor instructions made this a very frustrating experience. 19 days and it's still not working. I will be calling tomorrow to get 2 new jumper cables sent. I am still debating whether to write a review this online.
