Genius Weft Hair Extensions #2/16 Dark Brown and Natural Blonde

I purchased 4 packs of the genius wefts. I’ve had the wefts in my hair for just on 2 weeks now. I absolutely love the weight of them as they don’t seem to pull on my natural hair like the previous ones. I am however, having a great deal of shedding from the wefts when I brush them each morning. They have been washed and styled twice, each time by the hairdresser. She is very concerned with the amount of hair that comes out each time she treats my hair. Can you please tell me what I can do to prevent this? I have paid $800 for the hair so I need for it to last me… Kind regards, Lindy
