microSHIFT Acolyte 8 Speed Cassette

Quick delivery and good communication from seller. Arrived well packed, but not over packed. This is my third cassette since February on my commuter e-bike and a direct replacement for the stock ones. This is to be expected as I’ve clocked up 2000 miles and the mid drive motor is eating chains for breakfast. Quality seems on par with cheaper sram, maybe slightly better for a lot less cash. 12 speed cog a little under geared - paired with a 34 tooth chainring, it tops out at about 21mph, but this is fine for a heavy machine. Might try the shimano 11-40 8 speed next. Wear rate is a little fast, but I probably need to change my chains after 500 miles to get 2 cassettes to a chain. It’s also a bit clunkier than either sram or shimano, but shifts are crisp and I’ve never mis-shifted even under load. They used to be much cheaper (£6.99), but as they are becoming popular, the price is creeping up. Still, they are very cheap compared to the competition and this retailer was easily the cheapest on he internet, I’ll definitely be shopping here again.
