WILD SARDINES IN SPRING WATER

Henry and Lisa's (Freshe) or bust for me

I eat sardines almost every day, and have tried at least 8 different brands over the last 15 years or so. Landed on Henry and Lisa's 10 years back as the easy lifetime choice. Their sardines are the firmest, plummet, and best tasting. Period. I only go with the packed in water variety and love the H & Lisa's sardines natural oils mix with the water to create a sort of gravy-like sauce right in the can. Excellent price, packaging, and turn-around delivery time when ordered from their site. These are from Portugal, which I believe contributes to their superiority. Customer service is outstanding as well.
