Itchy material and top rolls down

Very uncomfortable material to have inner arms rubbing against-tinsel like scratchy material. Cute but not practical at all. Tried it on and immediately knew I would return. Additionally, even having it on for a few minutes, the top rolled down exposing the inside of the suit and would not roll back up. I can’t imagine how much it would roll down while actually wearing it for a beach day!
