I love it

The picture came as a poster seperate to the frame that was lose inside the package The poster was ripped during the opening process. Posing Pigs lie about the picture arriving framed and false advertising people opening the picture already framed on opening. I reached out to customer support multiple times as it as a gift and received no support at all An absolute waste of £95 !!!!!

Did not use any of my comments regarding customization. It looks terrible quality and it is.
