Excellent size - fits all I need for long plane trip or overnight stay. Lightweight, but good padding in separate section for laptop/tablets, plenty of pockets inside and easy access external pockets for passport, keys, wallet etc.

I purchased a Kmart backpack a while back because I couldn't find one that did what I needed and wasn't $1,700. Well, lookie here! July nailed it with this one. Lots of pockets for storing work things, personal things, kid things. And she's cute.
