SHANTAWENE ANAEROBIC

Love it!

The Shantawene coffee is a real stand out for its fruity notes. I am not sure I can pin them down exactly, but I had associations with tropical fruits, some tea notes and a very pleasant aftertaste without any lingering acidity.

Ein guter Kaffee

Der Kaffee hat einen guten, fruchtigen Geschmack, das Geruchsaroma beim öffnen der Packung ist total lecker, süß-berrig. Habe ihn mit dem Kalita, dem V60 u. dem Origami gebrüht, immer ein gutes Ergebnis…beerig-süß und typischen Kaffeegeschmack. Lecker 🤗. Wenn die Röstung vielleicht noch nen Tick heller wäre, würden eventuell noch mehr süße Geschmacksaromen zur Geltung kommen. Ich werde mir diese Bohnen aber wieder bestellen, eine absolute Kaufempfehlung von mir.
