Amazon, Target, Walmart Classic General Mix Box

This time was a terrible experience. I paid for a 100 box and had a code to bring down the price. I waited 3 weeks and finally it shows label created. To this day it still in that status. I emailed them 3 Times and they respond back saying, yes we are reviewing that now and no response since. At this point i hand it over to the credit card and filed a dispute. All this trouble was uncalled for, just mail the box, problem solved. Its a shame bluebird was one of my favorites

Poor customer service, emailed twice with no response, called once and got a text asking what I needed, gave tracking number, it had been over 6 weeks since I ordered. I asked when it will ship. Then got an email to review the box that I had not received yet. Box randomly showed up a couple days later. Please do better on communication Blue Bird.

I spent $150 on two boxes, one took a month to get to me and the other im still waiting on … the box i opened didnt even have $50 worth of stuff in it….a phone case,sandals,vest,bikini top.. it was a disappointment that I thought because shipping was horrible the box must be great? NOPE! Just do yourself a favor and Go to another site and order boxes!
