Secrets in the South

It was a fun experience

I would say from Toronto the drive is rather far and although we had a lovely time, I did find it somewhat lacking in things to explore/ do. The first stop was good. We enjoyed that. The next city was very small and cute to see but if it wasn’t for the mini museum or the lavender farm I’m not sure I would’ve found it worth our time. The final stop had the most to see and in a way should’ve been the first stop as it had the most to explore and by the time we reached many things had closed up at 3. We liked it and on a sunny day it’s lovely but it’s a lot for a little depending from where you depart.

A great day full of surprises!

We enjoyed this trip last weekend as fun way to celebrate my Mother-in-Law’s birthday. We had a full day of fun and stops to explore several places we would never otherwise have thought to visit. This was our very first “Guess Where Trip” but I can confidently say it will not be our last. *Tip…although we had packed the car with lots of supplies and extras for our mystery day, I will recommend something we did not have with us: bring an EMPTY cooler with some ice packs in it in case you make purchases along the way that you would like to protect against absolutely roasting in your car throughout the day. ;)
