Evolv (XL)

I like the product, although it is much more difficult to assemble then they make it seem. I had issues assembling it and tried to use the QR code on the instructions, but it didn’t work. The phone number on the instructions also didn’t work. And when I texted them during business hours, which they suggested on the instructions, I got no response. I have a large dog and the large parts of the crate were all over my house so I needed to get it put together. I finally figured it out. They did respond to an email the next day after I’d already resolved the problem myself.
