Edited to add: upon posting of this review customer service responded immediately to remedy the problem. As such I have raised the stars from one to four. The issue seems to be that I’d ordered over Facebook and correspondence between the two companies pushed back a reply. Next time I order, I will order direct from Kind Cotton’s site. Shirt arrived with a seam mis-hewn. I’ve sent an email and no one has gotten back to me… for three days. Love the design and softness, the company is at best absent when customer service is required. This shirt was a gift to my wife, and I am more than let down.
