Bought many of these over the years when I find them during my travels for work. My wife loves them! Bought her another five for the holidays. One arrived missing an eye. No big deal but I could see it in her eyes she couldn't let it go. Contacted your customer service, while you were closed for the holidays mind you. Asked if they could ship me just an eye and I would glue it on. They replaced the order with no questions asked while they should have been on vacation!
