Outstanding, Unbeatable Customer Service

I received these as a replacement for the original cable, that had served me well, but no longer allowed me to charge my batteries. I was sent not one, but two such replacement cables, and the customer support person responsible was extending polite, efficient, and continued to uphold the high levels of customer support ai have come to know from Pale Blue over the years.

Fantastic Charging Cables!

Personally I love the charging cables as they’re the soft flexible ones and in my experience those tend to last the longest. Also due to their short length you can expect a quicker charge!

Not happy that both charging cables that came with my AA batteries will only charge 3 each. Do appreciate the quick replacements received from Paleblue.
