Exact replacement.

Cuff started out generating inaccurate reading close to 50% of the times but got better after using it for about a week. After couple of weeks of use, readings appear correct most of the time - >90% of the time. There's reason to suspect, though, the cuff is not OEM (original equipment manufacturer) product since it feels completely different from the original cuff that went bad.
