Hail Rope Hat

This arrived dirty and the logo was peeling off. Contacted the company and they did not respond. Started a request on Shop app and it has not been approved over a week later. Disappointing across the board. It appears I’m stuck with a dirty and broken hat, and no money returned. On top of that complete radio silence.

Love it. 4 stars only because the top/front seam is stitch a little wonky, so it has a bit of a lopsided point, but not enough to keep me from wearing
