Good Product; Bad Instructions

I am still happy with the quality of this tool and believe it is better than the Dremel jig saw it replaced. My main gripe is the poor quality of the assembly and set-up instructions. Some parts were better than others. Overall though, I found myself having to reread each instruction multiple times while referring to drawings that seemed to be lacking in sufficient detail. Ideally, all those drawings should be replaced with multiple high resolution photos. Eventually I ended up taking the instructions with a grain of salt and just mixed them with a ton of common sense to mentally muscle my way through the tool setup until it finally proved to work as intended after countless adjustments. I must have spent four hours doing all this, when an hour should have been sufficient. I looked for a YouTube video, but couldn't find one to help with the details of assembly and setup of this tool. Don't let this review dissuade you from buying this product, just know that if you find yourself confused as you try to assemble and setup this item, you can't say you weren't warned.

Unable to get saw to operate properly.

I have tried to follow the instructions as closely as possible. I cannot get the saw blade installation to allow the saw to operate properly. The saw is unusable at this time. Any recommendations? Happy to update my review with a properly operating saw.

very well made

The manual leaves something to be desired. Blade insertion requires anticipation of what's intended, not uncommon in manuals written by non native English speakers. After several bouts of trial and error finally worked it out.
