Instrument. I used it with the Microlux variable speed drill press with very small drill bit. Drilled holes flawlessly. Great addition to my ship model making tools.

Always had trouble making "things" which require close tolerances having to use a steel rule with 1/64th inch increments and a loup. This x/y table completely changed all that. Made in Japan, the quality and workmanship is excellent, easy to set up. Thank you Paul
