They’re best for people over 5’2, size up if you are a half size or if you have wide feet. Thick thighs or thick legs in general be careful it was a fight to get them on but they do fit perfectly & I am 5’2 & 170 lbs

As far as quality goes for pole shoes, hella heals beats everybody. They are pricey but worth every penny. I am so pleased they have come out with a WIDE FIT. For so long the shoes were so narrow. I couldn't wear sandals but now with a wide fit it's like a glove Can't wait till they come out with more styles in the wide fit because right now the selection is limited. So other than the high price and the lack of selection and wide fit, I have no complaints
