Beautiful necklace but received wrong one the first time and the second one they sent was broken ...

Will not order again after wrong necklace was sent and disappointed my daughter as she wanted this specific one for her birthday and second one sent was broken and in fixable apparently no quality control is available I will say the necklace is beautiful
