Polished Copper Water Bottle 950ml

I am a big believer and drinking water from copper vessels, and I have a fabulous one from copper water… I wanted to buy one from your company because I’d like to look at the polished one and I need a second vessel… However, the water that comes from this vessel tastes terrible— it taste like a chemical, and there’s a plastic coating on the lid that will not come off… I reached out to customer service with no reply… I would like to return this, but no one is getting back to me. Would not recommend this, even though you have great ratings online… Very disappointed.

Well, this is my second time purchasing the copper vessel's, so I think they are great.
