IROND Forearm Trainer

Listen people, I see alot of reviews talking about the product is flimsy, doesn't work anything, etc, etc. Find your own grip on it vs what you see in the photo. Also, it may seem like it isn't working anything but TRUST ME, if you use this long (longer than 5 mins) you will feel it. I'm satisfied with mine so far.

It’s ok so far. I really haven’t had it long enough to see any results or lack thereof. I like the idea of exercising ALL the muscles, but at the same time I also find it awkward to hold.

not the quality I expected. plus the size is a bit spread out for my arthritic fingers, so I must use both hands , one to hold the item while I exercise the other side. I will make due.
