Ona Soft Bag

Stylish, Comfortable, and Practical – Love My Ölend Backpack!

I'm absolutely delighted with my new Ölend backpack! The design is beautiful, modern, and effortlessly stylish, and the attention to detail is fantastic. What I love most is how lightweight, comfortable, and practical it is. The spacious interior makes it easy to carry my everyday essentials, while the convenient pockets help keep everything organised. The adjustable straps make it comfortable to wear, and its versatile design goes perfectly with almost any outfit. It's the perfect combination of style, functionality, and comfort. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from Ölend again! Highly recommended!

This is the second ONA bag I’ve purchased in the past two years. While the bag itself is amazing, I’ve had issues with delivery on both occasions, with the Olend team providing the same explanation each time, which didn't feel entirely convincing. I paid €9 for express delivery (2–4 days), yet both orders somehow took around two weeks to arrive. What made the experience even more disappointing was how the situation was handled: the same polite but generic email response, with no further action or effort to address the inconvenience. It's a shame, because I genuinely love the product, but the delivery experience and customer service have been consistently disappointing.

The bag is lovely and really comfy, and the team was so helpful! I had an issue with the delivery, but everything was sorted out quickly and smoothly. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be so easy! A good customer service is also a very important aspect so thank you! :)
