Good afternoon! I am contacting you regarding a microscope objective purchased from your store. During use, a stable defect in the operation of this objective was detected. When observing the image in the field of view, a bright glow (light spot) is constantly present in the center, which does not depend on the lighting settings or the type of preparation. At the same time, when using other objectives of the same microscope under the same conditions, a similar effect is absent. This indicates that the problem is related to this objective, and not to the microscope settings. I am attaching photographs taken through the microscope to the appeal, which demonstrate the specified defect. Given this, I believe that the product may have a manufacturing or optical defect and does not meet quality standards.
