Great for using my iPad when laying in bed ; love it

I absolutely love these products. I place the shungite pad over my chest, abdomen, or legs, and it absorbs any discomfort I was feeling. I suffer from advanced arthritis, so this pad is truly a miracle. Plus when used at night, it relaxes me so I can sleep without having to take sleep aids. And the soap doesn’t just clean; it nourishes the skin so I don’t have to use oils or lotion to moisturize. Thank you Modern Om.
