I actually made a mistake when placing this order and didnt notice that my phone auto-corrected and changed the shipping address to something other than my proper address. When I contacted this seller to see if anything could be done, I was fully prepared to just order again. The mix up was my fault. I was completely ignored, however. There wasn't even an email to acknowledge that I had contacted them in the first place. This lapse in customer service convinced me not to replace my order and to make sure I share the experience with as many of my friends as possible.
