The floss itself is good, however after using it once, mine became jammed and I am unable to get more to come out. I want to love this, because when I used it the first time I thought it was great, but for it to only dispense one time, I’m unsure

It's very good floss, but not as soft as I was expecting. Also, it's thinner than I like. Next time, I might get the twist floss.
