My New Pitts & Spitts Maverick 1250

This is the third smoker that I have bought from Texas Star. The first was a Traeger, then a Maverick 850. I wanted more room than the 850 so I moved up. Due to the constant rain in Houston, I really have only smoked a couple of baby back ribs and they turned out GREAT! Really looking forward to getting to know my new grill better over the next several months. Love Pitts & Spitts. Solid piece of hardware!
