Foundation

I love the coverage and the texture of this foundation. I got samples of both ultra light and very light and love the feel of it. Unfortunately, one is too light and the other is too dark. I wish there was a color in between. They work well blended, but I'm not sure which color to purchase.

I haven't figured out how to best use this. With my regular moisturizer underneath, it's still a little dry and crumbly. I think I may try blending it directly with moisturizer, rather than applying it on top. That way, I can control the proportions and possibly make it more blendable. The color, though, is good. I had to guess, and I got it right in one. If I could advise: please provide a bigger swatch of color online, or return to your previous sample option. Also, consider actually making a tinted moisturizer, rather than foundation.

I have used a LOT of foundations over the years. My Beauty from Bees Foundation is by far the best - I'm a total convert! A little goes a long way, so it lasts. And at 61, my skin is very different than it was in each previous decade. My BFB blush pairs perfectly with it and it lasts - something I've had trouble with when using other brands. My skin is softer and my makeup looks better. Love it!
