4" Heavy Duty Ball Tip Hinge with Square Corners

I am severely disappointed in these hinges. Out of a dozen sets of these hinges I have 4 just keep falling apart. I am not able to keep the ball on the hinge. They just keep falling off. Then when they fall off it is virtually impossible to screw the bottom ball back on the hinge. The only reason I would even give one star to this hinge is because it is charming if you can keep it put together.
