My phone was delivered within the week and so far the phone is spotless and performs extremely well. I ordered the "Good" tier however the phone is spotless and looks just like new. The battery heath is at 89% which is great for a Pre-owned phone and will last me a long while. All functionality and services are working. I really love this phone and will look into buying from plug more earnestly if this is the quality they consistently apply to their business. The only downside is that since I live in South Africa the charging brick a US model as well as the phone itself, but it doesn’t take away the fact that the phone is still pristine and worth the money, a compatible charging brick and an e-sim is all you’ll need.
