Hello, I received my D-Day album

The outer shipping package was in perfect condition, but the album box inside was already damaged. After opening it, I also noticed that the photocard has scratches on the back, and the album book is bent on one side. Since the shipping box was not damaged, it appears the item may have been sent in this condition. I’m disappointed, as I expected a new item in good condition. I would like to request either a replacement or a refund. Please let me know how we can resolve this. I can provide photos. Thank you for your help.
